Bentall’s Summit Building is home to Charter Bank’s new headquarters. The approximately 10,000 sf space houses their executive management team, banking operations and check processing. We took the opportunity to address the small volume of the space by designing in a finite area to fit the human scale, and incorporated necessary amenities such as drive-up operations, a cash machine, and night drop access.
