A FUN, ENERGETIC, AND CREATIVE EXPERIENCE.

One Eighty, formerly known as Leisure Care with establishments worldwide, is a company focused on retirement living facilities and hospitality services. It emphasizes “twisting your thinking” to provide a fun, energetic, creative, and “leisure care” experience in an unconventional way to both its employees and customers. Their executive space was designed below their existing office, so certain design elements were re-introduced to create continuity between the two spaces, with an added twist. Large open office areas and private offices make up the perimeter with open meeting areas in-between to provide views to the outside. Freestanding wood slat walls lined up on a large curve separate support spaces at the interior, and lead the user into the expansive kitchen/entertainment bistro and collaborative area at the end, with a view of downtown Seattle and Elliott Bay.
