The Honeywell NorthPointe project carried unique challenges for the design team: The project was to be the first Honeywell project to incorporate their newly conceived open office space workplace standards - a significant cultural change for those working for Honeywell who were used to a traditional assigned office workspace. The success of this project was due to the Change Management leadership from Honeywell combined with the collaborative teamwork by the Swinerton and our team.

We delivered a unique and modern interior design solution which interpreted and redefined the principles of the new Honeywell Workplace Design Standard through the balance of contemporary material selections, infused natural light, office space density, locally crafted sustainable furniture and millwork solutions and a variety of functional and elegant lighting elements and artwork. Collaborative work areas were designed into the open office sectors to foster creative design interaction between user groups.
