CULTURE OF TEAMWORK & SUSTAINABILITY.

We collaborated with an outdoor adventure company to create a satellite office in Bellevue for their IT department that reflected their evolving corporate culture of teamwork and sustainability. We worked with the building landlord to institute LED fixtures throughout the open workspace, thereby reducing their carbon footprint and allowing for a more flexible workspace. Enclosed video teleconference rooms and service spaces were strategically located on the building’s core, allowing natural light and views of neighboring trees to penetrate the open office. Their break area, which features exposed concrete floors, an operable wall, and reclaimed wood accents, is truly multi-purpose. It allows for dining, casual conferencing, and can be enlarged to allow for regular town-hall meetings attended by all staff. We delivered this dynamic, flexible space within an accelerated schedule while still maintaining a high level of service.
