DYNAMIC & WELCOMING.

Since 2012, JPC has worked with the local Genie team on several office projects. We began working with their real estate team again in early 2021, during COVID, to program, envision, and plan a new Seattle regional office space. After testing several sites, Genie landed in Bothell at the Parklands campus. JPC worked with the leadership team, some who were new to the area, to align their vision for the workplace. The guest and staff entry is a welcoming, multi-purpose area with history walk, dynamic showroom, and hospitality area. How the staff work and go about their daily lives in the office was key to the ability for Genie to bring their employees back to the office.
