Pacific Current Group (PCG), a global asset management company, sought a sophisticated office design that would reflect their business while maintaining a connection to Tacoma's industrial heritage. The 4,500 square foot office seamlessly blends a large corporate concept with an intimate regional feel, drawing inspiration from Tacoma's industrial past. The design incorporates raw metals reminiscent of container ships and warm wood associated with paper mills, creating a refined industrial palette.

Situated in downtown Tacoma with stunning views of Commencement Bay, the office strategically positions open workstations and private offices along windowlines to maximize natural light and water views, promoting the well-being of employees. The central entertainment/break area fosters social gatherings, while a private library, concealed by a custom wood and metal slat wall, offers a quiet retreat for relaxation, focused learning, and casual conversations. PCG's new office is designed to align with the company's culture, providing essential spaces for an engaging experience and accommodating various workstyles in the hybrid reality.
