HOME FINDERS GET A NEW HOME BASE.

This project was a complete refresh of Zillow’s existing space as well as the design of new floors being brought into the mix for Zillow Group. The initial thoughts were to redesign the look and feel of Zillow’s spaces to be sophisticated, mature, and designed in a way that would successfully fulfill the wants and needs of the company teams while providing inspiration for both their current talent and incoming recruit talent. Zillow desired a space that would speak to and inspire each of their team members. By using varying textures, finishes, shapes, and colors on different floors, but keeping a common design thread throughout the entirety of the space, each floor has a unique quality while still being a part of the big picture. Pops of color, creative breakout spaces, and diverse textures and patterns make this space the perfect place to get creative gears turning.
