Berntson Porter is one of the largest CPA firms in the Puget Sound Region. They were moving to a new building and wanted to create a modern space that was attractive to younger clients and employees while not alienating long-term clients and staff. We designed their new 16,000 sf office in Bellevue. The space is a successful blend of the traditional accounting firm feel with a cutting-edge aesthetic. This was accomplished by creative use of traditional materials within a modern setting. Transparency was also important in this design along with views that connect the two sides of the full-floor suite. We are currently working with Berntson Porter to create custom artwork that enhances the design.
