The 60,000 sf tenant improvement project for ArenaNet is located on floors 4 & 5 of the Sunset Corporate Campus. This fast-growing company is the creator of the online gaming sensation Guild Wars. ArenaNet’s office is full of artistic, creative, and collaborative team members who wanted an office environment that would match the company’s free-thinking atmosphere. The project build-out includes new sound editing studios, a Foley room, a motion capture room, a servery, press room team pods, conference rooms, and central village green gathering areas. The project was created with warm and textural finishes including reclaimed wood walls, floors and ceilings, two fireplaces, and a central communicating stair for fluid multi-floor interaction. Ultimate flexibility in the office space was achieved through DIRTT demountable walls & raised access flooring. The scope of work included an extensive MEP infrastructure including twelve new roof-top cooling units and a 2,400 sf data center providing up to 700W per chair.
