CLASS B TO CLASS A.

In an effort to attract more tenants, The Magnolia Building underwent a Building Repositioning to bring a dated Class B Building to a Class A Building standard. A large part of this repositioning entailed reclaiming an unusable lobby by an oversized and redundant stair. The stair was repurposed and redesigned with cable rails to enhance transparency and an AV component was added along with seating grouping to create a great room experience. Prior to repositioning, the building was untenanted and is now fully leased.
