Moving from a traditional office environment to a balanced mix of private offices and workstations, this office takes advantage of the large glass windows and outdoor views for open office neighborhoods. Warm, neutral finishes with heavy wood accents offer a backdrop to the main circulation path that features collaborative common areas and wine-inspired accents. The executive suite has a custom design tasting bar and lounge, while a communication stair connects the two floors. We were able to deliver well within the budget, and were later brought back for their expansion onto the rest of the 18th floor.
