Newly remodeled, the Continental Plaza Lobby boasts an open design, glass communicating stair, fresh paint, and an updated ceiling. The Continental Plaza Lobby remodel included both interior and exterior redesign. To increase entrance visibility and create a more easily accessible space, a canopy was built onto the exterior of the building, colorful landscaping was placed, and stairs were built to lead directly to the newly designed entrance. Inside of the lobby, an LED waterfall and a large feature wall were installed to lift the space and brighten the interior. To unite the interior and exterior and heighten the fluidity of the space, the pattern of the new carpet extends outside as a stamp into the entry way concrete. The Continental Plaza Lobby, once heavy and outdated, is now a modern, airy, and inviting space.
