This office in Fort Collins, CO had grown beyond its current boundaries and was ready for a change. The tenants’ existing space was a typical office build out that did not particularly reflect the regional setting or encourage innovation and inspiration. We assisted in reviewing several potential relocation sites, with the ultimate selection of a 16,000 sf cold shell in a primarily retail development. Through a series of visioning sessions and test fits, we created a unique yet comfortable environment while maintaining a highly functional workspace. We developed a design that tapped into the various landscape forms indicative of Colorado as inspiration - spring meadows, rocky mountain hillsides, snowdrifts, aspen trees - resulting in a re-interpretation of the natural wonders surrounding, not yet visible to, the office.

We were able to complete this long distance project cost effectively by strategically timing site visits and maintaining detailed communication between the client, consultants, and construction team.
