Nintex is a global software company based out of Australia. Due to the distance and time zone differences, this project required significant coordination with the client’s home office. Through careful planning, use of digital material finish boards, hand sketches, computer rendered images, and online meetings, we were able to navigate the distance challenge successfully.

Nintex had a corporate palette that included their orange branding color. It was important to them to incorporate the orange, but they didn’t want it to overpower the space. Woods and warmer tones were added to the design to help accomplish this.

A large multi-purpose room was incorporated to facilitate lunch breaks, gaming/lounging, working away from the desk and large department meetings with A/V capabilities. Throughout the office, there are many options for working. We incorporated plenty of touchdown locations and phone rooms complete with screens and web cams to help provide work options in the open office environment.
