Bel-Kirk Office Center Hub

FRESH, OPEN-AIR SPACE.

Bel-Kirk Hub, formerly an outdated and out-of-action water feature, is now home to a bustling café and break area. We kept the original structure of the feature, and created a sleek indoor/outdoor break area for tenants of surrounding office buildings. By adding large glass windows and demolishing much of the heavy concrete interior of the structure, we designed a fresh, open-air space featuring abundant seating, new landscaping, and a café. The uniquely designed 900 square foot feature is now an inviting space for relaxed gatherings.
