Genie

OPEN AND BRIGHT SPACE.

Genie is a leading provider of lifts and flatforms for construction in The United States. This project features a 5,000 SF building addition and 100,000 SF tenant improvement for their Corporate headquarters which spanned across two buildings. For the building addition, our team was tasked with creating an open, bright space to serve as a showroom for Genie’s lifts and other products. Use of steel and bright LED lights were used to create a space to successfully serve that purpose. The corporate HQ space required a mix of both private and open work spaces as well as conference rooms, training rooms, and new product viewing room with a sleek and focused work space. A sky bridge was put in to seamlessly connect the two buildings.
