The Yard

A WARM MODERN ENVIRONMENT.

The Yard is a centralized campus amenity building located at the Cascade Yard office complex. A community lean-to shed located in rural Eastern Oregon served as the design inspiration for this space. The objective was achieved by providing generous windows and large roll up doors in the conference and lounge area opening to an outside gathering area. Wood, concrete and metal materials were selected to create a warm modern environment.

The community space provides conference and collaboration spaces, a full service barista/grab and go, Fitness Center and locker rooms. The design concept to blend the interior and exterior spaces.
