SCANDINAVIAN ELEGANCE & BRIGHT, TAILORED SPACES.

The remodel of American Seafoods’ offices on the 9th and 10th floors of Market Place Tower transformed the workspace into a bright, Scandinavian-inspired environment. The design drew from the company’s Nordic roots, using clean lines, natural materials, and a restrained color palette to create a sense of calm and sophistication without relying on overt nautical motifs. The focus was on maximizing natural light and incorporating versatile lighting solutions that enhanced the overall ambiance.

One of the key challenges was balancing the client’s budget constraints with their desire for a high level of detail. Through careful coordination of finishes and thoughtful wall adjustments, the design team made a significant impact with minimal structural changes. The result is a space that feels modern, warm, and inviting, with lighting that adapts effortlessly to different needs. The client praised the attention to detail and the way even small interventions led to a dramatic transformation of their office, aligning the aesthetic with their company’s values.
