Having outgrown their existing space and ever-evolving needs of their clients, Seattle Bank leased the 13,000 + sf space on the 29th floor at the iconic Rainier Tower in downtown Seattle. This new, first-generation space amplifies their character as a bank, supports their culture, and inspires their clients - creating a positive presence in the community.

Breaking away from a traditional bank feel, this open office layout provides a transparent connection throughout the floor, encouraging collaboration amongst staff as well as with the clients.
