NewVue Plastic Surgery is located in the upscale Astoria Condos building, a mixed-use building with retail on the street-level and condos above, in Bellevue, WA. In order to meet city building codes in this type of building, a maximum of 1,500 sf could be dedicated to medical office in this 3,330 sf space. The designers were very careful to plan out retail space in this medical office and optimize the 1,500 sf allowed for medical. This space was also designed to meet the strict standards of Medicare and Medicaid AAAASF licensing and certification, including a Class C operating room.
