Bridging individual and community spaces with Northwest flair

To support their rapid growth and bring together several separate office locations in downtown Seattle for their engineering groups, this digital streaming service selected three floors at the Madison Centre. Working in conjunction with LA based Woods Bagot as they developed their overall brand for the Santa Monica HQ, JPC took the lead to interpret and express this vision into a uniquely Northwest experience. Due to lease timing, the Seattle project was identified as a test pilot of this new brand roll out. The space was designed to serve as the company’s accelerator, captivating and connecting with amazing experiences in destinations to be together or alone. Generous gathering areas were created to foster community within the company as well as in the wider Seattle tech scene. Customized work zones are interspersed throughout, focusing on individual growth. Lush environments, domestic light quality and comfortable work spaces support the diverse and inclusive culture, and interpretations of nature spark joy and provide fuel for the work day.
