The new executive offices for Expedia’s Tower 333 Headquarters in Bellevue, WA took a detour from the typical Expedia corporate standards. We were empowered to bring in a new vision to make Floors 18 and 19 stand out from the norm. Designed with jolts of colors, thoughtful workspace placement, and a sense of comfort, the new space promotes creativity and collaboration for employees. The general contractor constructed the project in phases to ensure no disruption to Expedia’s daily operations. The success of the project could be measured by the teamwork between us and Turner, the general contractor. An extensive preconstruction phase allowed for the design team and construction team to preplan the project and seamlessly execute the new vision that pays homage to the Greater Seattle Metropolitan area.
