A TOUCH OF RAWNESS FOR NEW YORK.

This new New York location has similar elements from their Seattle office, but we applied a much more dramatic and moodier feel through raw materiality. We leveraged existing structural elements, tying them into the design along with other industrial, formative elements. Walls were clad in shiplap and sugi ban (a unique charred wood), adding to the overall melodramatic feel of the office. The space was open to structure and distinctive acoustical light fixtures were selected to assist with noise mitigation due to the strikingly tall ceilings.
