REVITALIZED WORKSPACE
ENCOURAGES COLLABORATION.
Several years ago, we initially designed the entire first floor of the building, which was then a multi-tenant structure. However, due to the client’s expanding engineering and development teams, as well as evolving work practices since the original project, the need for an expansion emerged. The central objective was to cultivate enhanced collaboration and conference areas while building upon the existing design.
To realize this vision, we incorporated updates to key design elements and introduced new features such as an all-inclusive gender-neutral shower facility, catering to staff commuting via bicycle. The former common lobby was transformed into a reception space, highlighted by a bespoke illuminated desk and a striking feature wall. This artistic installation seamlessly connects a second-floor balcony to the open atrium-style lobby below.
The renovation has left the client thoroughly pleased. They now possess a diversified array of spaces that cater to various work modes.
