Our project for Wizards of the Coast aimed to create an exceptional workspace that embodied the organization’s creativity and innovation while challenging traditional office design. The central feature is a symbolic dragon-inspired ceiling, evoking awe to encourage employees to step out of their comfort zones. The dynamic ceiling adds movement and freshness to the workspace.

The design philosophy of this project prioritizes the honesty of materials, utilizing plywood and exposed concrete to capture authenticity and industrial beauty. A carefully curated color palette, with game-inspired hues, added drama and meaning to the design.

The design balances austerity with dramatic natural views, connecting employees with nature for well-being. The project honors Mitzy, a dragon-themed symbol close to employees’ hearts.
