Bellefield - Conifer

MAJOR REFRESH.

The Conifer Building in the Bellefield Office Park underwent a major refresh as it became the main HUB for the office park. This new amenity space evokes a modern industrial feel. We worked in conjunction with Dilettante to create a cohesive design so their tenant space merged well with the new lounge space. The goal was to provide an amenity space for tenants that could be used for a relaxing coffee break, all-hands meetings, or even for events catered by Dilettante. To highlight the peaceful nature setting, the new space boasts two large operable half-height slide stack glass walls, a bocce ball court, kayak & bike rental, and a refreshed patio with outdoor seating and fire pit. The scope of this project also included adding conference and training rooms, a fitness center, and property management office to this central building. We also designed an enhanced main entry with a new canopy and updated landscaping.
