Plaza East Exterior

A WELCOMING OUTDOOR AMENITY.

The exterior redesign of Plaza East created an activated courtyard to compliment the building’s newly enhanced lobby and interior common areas. JPC took an area that was previously lackluster short-term parking for the building, and transformed it. The building now boasts a welcoming outdoor amenity for visitors and tenants. An outdoor fireplace with artful seating area creates a relaxing environment for outdoor collaboration, places to take a break and enjoy a coffee or lunch while updated signage compliments the redesign.
