OPEN AND CLEAN SPACE FOR COLLABORATION TO THRIVE.

Seattle Credit Union is a not-for-profit credit union dedicated to providing affordable financial services to Washington state employees and their families. SCU’s SoDo office, previously a space with mainly private offices and enclosed spaces, has been transformed into an open and clean space. The newly remodeled office boasts an abundance of flexible meeting spaces and open personal work stations. In addition to the comfortable work spaces, the office also features a writable whiteboard wall system, game area, glass doors to enhance the reach of natural light, and collaboration spaces created from repurposed shipping containers. To accommodate SCU’s call center, while continuing to keep the space open, decorative acoustic ceiling panels were placed and a white noise system was installed to cancel surrounding noise. This creative, open, and relaxed space is the perfect place for office collaboration to thrive.
