BUILDING RE-POSITION.

The goal for the redesign of 901 5th Building Lobby was to make the 1972 building more approachable to a younger tenant. The existing space had a cold and institutional ambiance, similar to that of a regional bank headquarters. We replaced finishes symbolic of old school corporate sensibilities, such as slab marble and rosewood paneling, with more textural surfaces such as reclaimed wood and industrial carbonized metal. Numerous small-scale collaboration spaces were placed throughout the lobby to provide an inviting setting for tenants to use beyond their leased space.
